The Leadership Practices Inventory

Over three million people have used The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) as a first step to reaching their personal leadership best, clearly demonstrating what three decades of ongoing research affirms: that leadership is a practice that can be taught and learned by anyone.

  • What Does LPI Measure?

    Includes the assessment administration, collection and analysis. Includes a one-hour session to give a generalized overview of the Five Leadership Practices, the 30 Leadership Behaviors, your 360 report and a workbook pdf file to record your findings.

    Premium

    Includes the assessment administration, collection and analysis. Includes a 2-hour session to receive an overview of the Five Leadership Practices, the 30 Leadership Behaviors, understand your report and includes a workbook to record your findings as well as a Development Planner (to create your plan later) and the Kouzes & Posner book called, The Leadership Challenge. Includes about 30 minutes of pre-work prior to your first session. A follow-up coaching session is included for 30-60 days later to assess how your progress is developing.

    Includes the assessment administration, collection and analysis. Includes a 6 hours of coaching (typically 3 sessions, 2 hours each) to learn about the Five Leadership Practices, the 30 Leadership Behaviors, understand your report and includes a workbook to record your findings as well as a Development Planner and the Kouzes & Posner book called, The Leadership Challenge and The Four Agreements. Includes about 90 minutes of pre-work prior to your first session.

    Session 1/Day 1

    De-brief The Four Agreements before moving into the LPI as they will be used during the session. Learn about the Five Leadership Practices, the 30 Leadership Behaviors and understand your report. Use the LPI workbook to record your findings.


    Session 2/Day 2

    You will create a comprehensive plan in the second session based on your findings from the previous session.


    Session 3

    Will be conducted approximately 30-60 days later to check-in on your progress.
