This workshop can be delivered in two components. First, the managers go through a short training (2-4hours) to ensure alignment, followed by a full day of training (7 hours) for the managers and all other participants.
LEGENDARY SERVICE ® Train-the-Trainer Certification
This two-day training certification course is for independent consultants and internal training departments. Each participant will receive a Legendary Service® facilitation kit, which includes the power point presentation for delivery, a participant kit and participant binder. On Day 1 you will experience the workshop yourself as a participant; Day 2 is dedicated to facilitation of the material and special facilitator strategies to be most effective.
