There is also an SLII Diagnosis Application for smart phones and mobile tablets that enables diagnosis and coaching in real-time.
Choose the delivery method right for your organization. Recommended is the 2-day face-to-face workshop which allows the participant to learn the model on the first day, absorb overnight and come back on the second day to apply and practice their learning. Also available is a two day, part virtual and part face-to-face if time may be a consideration.
