How We Can Help

Developing Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

Emotional Intelligence plays an important role in leadership. In this workshop, we will guide leaders to understand the business case for EQ, including the integral connection between EQ and job performance. Leaders will not only discover their EQ score, but also recognize the ways they behave, react to others, and how they respond to stress to ultimately improve their performance.

The goal of this workshop is to measure leaders’ Emotional Intelligence and help them develop the four critical emotional intelligence skills through engaging and relevant exercises so they can effectively deal with stress and will be better equipped to lead.

Who is it for:

Managers, employees with high potential for leadership, executives, and supervisors will all benefit from this workshop.

How does it work:

Each Leader will take an assessment(s) prior to the session and receive an EQ score. The assessment results are then brought to the workshop, where we will teach participants about the four domains of Emotional Intelligence. Each participant will walk away with strategies and an action plan for improvement.

Outcomes:

Participants will learn to become more self-aware, gain strategies to become more effective in the four domains of Emotional Intelligence, and create an action plan to implement these strategies in their role.
